Terms and Conditions

RESERVATION:

1. Reservations: All reservations will be made by depositing $59 per person along with full names, ages, and personal identification numbers.
2. Check-in:
The remaining amount must be paid the day before the trip, either through Yappy, ACH, Payment Links, or in cash upon check-in at the Marina. (Cash preferred)

3. Refunds or date changes : All reservations are refundable or subject to date changes up to 7 days before the travel date. No exceptions .
If the deposit or payment is made less than 7 days before the travel date, the client is considered certain to attend, so the payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Cancellation: All reservations may be subject to cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (events beyond the company's control) or weather conditions (rough seas, waves, rain, etc.), even hours before departure. This is to ensure passenger safety. No exceptions .
5. Passenger Safety: To ensure the safety and well-being of everyone during the trip, passengers must inform the Company if they have any physical condition that requires special attention, such as dietary restrictions, pregnancy, psychological conditions, etc. Any claim for personal injury must be notified in writing immediately.
6. Liability for lost items: The company is not responsible for the loss or damage to valuables such as gold, silver, jewelry, watches, etc. stored in luggage, nor for the loss of cash stored in luggage.
7. Limitation of Company Liability: The company is exempt from all liability for any delay, loss, expense, or damage to baggage, regardless of how or by whom caused. This also applies to personal injury, illness, detention, or delay of any passenger, regardless of how or by whom caused.
