Cancellation Policy
1. Regional taxes are not included. These taxes are payable separately and in cash. 2. All reservations must be made with deposits of $55 per person, along with full names, ID or passport numbers, and addresses. 3. All reservations are refundable or subject to date changes up to 72 hours before the trip. 4. All reservations may be subject to cancellation due to bad weather, high waves, storms, etc. 5. To ensure the safety and well-being of everyone during the trip, please inform us if any of you have a physical condition that requires special attention, such as pregnancy, dietary restrictions, etc. Your information will help us prepare for any eventuality. 6. The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuables, cash, etc. In the event of any eventuality, please notify the company immediately in writing.
